Personal Profile Screen

The Personal Profile screen is a centralized hub for managing user information and preferred system preferences, including contact details, phone numbers, date formats, navigation experiences, and other settings.

Prerequisites

You must log into the system to access the Personal Profile screen.

Workflow

The Personal Profile screen contains two tabs (Profile and Preferences).

The Profile tab workflow:

1. Enter your personal information
2. Update your password
3. Send a test email to confirm your email address
4. Send a test SMS to confirm your mobile telephone number

The Preferences tab workflow:

1. Select a date and time format
2. Apply default settings to a user
3. Select your preferred system navigation experience

The Profile tab

You can use this tab to view and edit your personal contact information, such as your name, phone number, email address, and preferred language.

Enter your personal information

Carry out the following:

1. Enter your name in the basic information section
2. Enter your email and phone number in the contact information section
3. Select your preferred language and time zone in the personal settings section
4. Click Save. Your personal information is saved to the system. 

Update your password

To update your password:

1. Click on Update Password. The Update Password window appears.
2. Fill in the required password information.
   
3. Click on Update Password. Your new password is updated in the system.

Send a test email to confirm your email address

To send a test email to confirm your email address:

• Click on Test Email. A popup window appears. Click Yes. An email is sent to the email address last saved in the Personal Profile screen.

Send a test SMS to confirm your mobile telephone number

To send a test SMS to confirm your mobile telephone number:

1. Click on Test SMS. A popup window appears. Click Yes. An SMS is sent to the mobile telephone number last saved in the Personal Profile screen.

The Preferences tab

Use this tab to customize your system preferences, such as your preferred date format and system navigation settings.

Select a date and time format

To select a date and time format:

1. Choose your preferred date and time format from the drop-down menus.
2. Click Save. Your changes are saved in the system.

Apply default settings to a user

To apply default settings to a user:

1. Select the user or account you want to apply the settings to.
2. Click Save. Your changes are saved in the system.

Select your preferred system navigation experience

To select your preferred system navigation experience:

1. Toggle between the Old and New navigation experiences. We highly recommend choosing the New navigation experience.
2. Click Save. Your changes are saved, and the system applies the selected navigation user interface experience.
