Map Screen

When you log into the system, the Map screen displays all your Wavelets on the world map. You can customize the map to show only the Wavelets you need, creating a focused view tailored to your requirements.

Key Benefits

  • Map Navigation: You can zoom and pan the map with minimum lag for faster navigation and better viewing (maps are now built with MapBox)
  • Wavelet Filtering: You can display specific Wavelets based on search criteria
  • Wavelet Detailed View: You can access a summary of a Wavelet’s status and monitored streams

Prerequisites

You must log into the system to access the Map screen.

Wavelet markers are determined by their battery status, signal strength, communication status, and humidity data streams.

The map displays four technical streams for each Wavelet marker:

  1. Battery Status
  2. Signal Strength (GSM)
  3. Communication Status
  4. Humidity

For this tutorial, we’re displaying the Wavelets found on the island of Ayyeka.
