With a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Ariel served as a Captain and Senior Project Manager within the Israeli Air Force, managing airborne control systems and world-leading defense contractors. As CEO of Ayyeka, Ariel is introducing innovative, cyber-secure solutions to the Industrial IoT industry.


Yair Poleg, PhD

CTO & Co-Founder

With a PhD in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and as a former team leader and project manager with the Israeli Defense Force’s elite 8200 signals intelligence unit, Yair specializes in signals processing and spearheads Ayyeka’s technological and intelligence R&D innovation.


Ron Grossman


Ron brings a wide breadth of commercial and financial experience to Ayyeka. With 15 years of experience as a CFO, Ron oversees Ayyeka's financial operations, business planning, and strategy development. Ron holds an MBA from Imperial College, University of London and a Law degree from London Guildhall University.


Nir Ben-David

Director of Engineering

With 25 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing of industrial and medical devices, Nir is responsible for product engineering and production optimization. He holds a B.Sc. from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from the University of Derby.


David Dolphin

Water Sector Director

As Water Sector Director, David Dolphin drives digital solutions to market and works with customers to streamline water quality and service. He holds a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from Aston University and has over 20 years of executive experience at Veolia, Elga Ltd., Hanovia, Kalsep, and Rohm & Haas.


Sivan Sidney Cohen, P.E.

Director of Business Development & Marketing

A licensed Professional Engineer in the United States, Sivan connects Ayyeka’s advanced industrial IoT solutions with the booming smart infrastructure market. Sivan holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University

Ayyeka, an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology company with a strong and growing footprint in the United States, is seeking to add a motivated regional sales manager with responsibility for the Western US region (including California) to its expanding team.

This is a full-time opening that will see the successful candidate play a pivotal role deepening Ayyeka’s reach into the US industrial automation and remote monitoring market.


Executing all aspects of the Ayyeka sales strategy.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Helping build and grow Ayyeka's sales partner channel network in the territories represented.
Managing accounts, channel partners, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure satisfactory performance is met. 
Providing training and support to regional representatives.
Prospecting for new leads, engaging in direct sales activities, and providing support to end users.


The successful candidate must:

Be located within the Western US.
Speak English and Spanish.
Have 5 years or more experience in municipal water and wastewater or industrial automation.
Be proficient with SalesForce and SAP.
Be a motivated self-starter.
Be willing to travel within the territory to visit key accounts, trade shows, and conferences.
